Sore Throat - Any Gender 5 years and over - Antibiotics - subject to assessment - note MOST sore throats are viral and will get better on their own in up to 5-7 days so please only come in for assessment if you have had the symptoms longer or if symptoms suggest bacterial secondary infection or are severe. check symptoms here : https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/sore-throat/

We will ensure the prescribing is safe and appropriate and in the patients best interest. Exclusions apply if patients maybe pregnant or on interacting medication. The medication is FREE if tick an EXEMPTION on prescriptions or if NOT EXEMPT then each item will be one precription charge
